With a temperature range of -10 to 110 °C, this thermometer also has a 175mm probe and a mounting clip for a stainless steel jug. A screw behind the dial face can be used for re-calibration.

Product features:

The milk and coffee thermometers incorporate green and red zones enabling fast and easy temperature reading of your milk or coffee and assisting in making the perfect coffee, cappuccino, etc.

The thermometers are available in a choice of two probe lengths, 125mm or 175mm, with a probe diameter of Ø3.8mm, and are supplied complete with a stainless steel jug mounting probe clip.

The thermometers have ice test and boil test markers at 0°C and 100°C, the purpose of which is to prove that the unit is working by checking the pointer moves across the scale.
