10 MINUTE RADIATOR FLUSH C1412, C1449
Dual-action formula specially designed to remove grease and scum plus loose rust and scale. Especially useful when changing anti-freeze or engine coolant. APPLICATIONS: DIRECTIONS: 1. Allow engine and cooling system to cool. Do not add liquids to a hot radiator. 2. Drain cooling system. (See Disposal below) 3. Close drains. Pour the entire contents of the can into the radiator. Refi ll with water. 4. Start the engine and run for 10 minutes. Stop engine and drain system (See DISPOSAL below). 5. Flush system until water runs clear (See DISPOSAL below). 6. Close drains. Refi ll with a bottle of Anti-Rust & Water Pump Lube (C1012) and the manufacturer’s recommended antifreeze/ coolant mixture. Replace the radiator cap. 7. If equipped with a coolant reservoir, rinse and refill with coolant to the indicated level. (See DISPOSAL below). STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL: Use and dispose of the product, container, residue, and used anti-freeze/coolant and radiator fluids in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Never pour onto the ground or into storm or septic systems. DANGER: USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN REMOVING THE RADIATOR CAP TO AVOID BURN INJURY CAUSED BY THE HIGH-PRESSURE RELEASE OF HOT LIQUID OR STEAM. SEE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR CAP REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS. Wear safety goggles, and protective gloves and avoid contamination of clothing. FIRST AID: EYES: Flush with water for 15 minutes while lifting eyelids, and get prompt medical attention. SKIN: Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, get prompt medical attention. INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult, get prompt medical attention. INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING.
