Description
It is specially formulated to meet Middle East weather conditions.
It is highly elastic in nature. It has excellent adhesion to etal, aluminum, etc.
This exhibits excellent strength, flexibility, and resistance to heat and cold.
It performs as a tough and flexible adhesive and sealant, forming a durable seal against air leakage.
Delta Duct 32-17 does not contain Asbestos, lead, mercury, or Mercury Compounds.
Application
Delta Duct 32-17 applies to clean, dry, oil-free, and sound surface (To clean the surface, use a power blower).
Apply by power extrusion or trowel uniformly a 2” wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gallons/100 ft2. Total coverage 40-55 ft2/gal.
Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 25 ºC before pressure testing.
High humidity (over 70%) and or cooler temperatures may retard drying. Total WFT to be 30-35 mils.
